About the Facility Roshana Lerwin Aged Care is an 80‑bed residential aged care facility in Murray Bridge, South Australia, located close to local health services and community amenities. The home provides modern accommodation, communal spaces and a supportive environment focused on comfort and wellbeing. We are looking for Aged Carers to join our aged care team at Roshana Lerwin Aged Care, in a (casual) capacity. We are seeking someone who must be available for Friday - Morning Shifts . About the Role As an Aged Carer, you will be the smiling face our residents look forward to seeing. You will support them with day to day living while sharing stories, laughter, and moments that truly matter. This is a fast paced, hands-on role where no two shifts are the same – ideal if you enjoy staying busy, being on your feet, and making a visible difference. What You Will Be Doing Deliver warm, respectful personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene) in line with each resident’s individual choices and preferences. Support residents with mobility, meals, and daily routines so they can remain as independent as possible Bring energy to social, lifestyle, and cultural activities – from music and games to walks and conversations Follow individual care plans to provide safe, high-quality, person-centred care Monitor and promptly report any changes in residents’ health or condition so that appropriate action can be taken without delay.
